Custom Window Treatment Policy

Due to the custom nature of our blinds and curtains manufactured specifically for your United States residence, all products are made to your exact measurements and design specifications. Each custom window treatment is uniquely created for your windows and cannot be resold to other customers. Therefore, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a custom blind or curtain with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of installation at your United States location. We will inspect the product and, if confirmed as a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item at no charge. This includes defects such as fabric flaws, hardware malfunctions, or construction errors.

Measurement Errors

If we made an error in measurement during our in-home consultation that results in an ill-fitting product, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of installation if you believe there is a measurement error. We will remeasure and manufacture replacement custom blinds or curtains at no charge.

Customer-Requested Changes

If you wish to change your order for custom window treatments after production has begun, additional charges may apply. Changes requested after materials have been ordered may result in cancellation fees and material costs. We recommend carefully reviewing all specifications during the consultation phase to avoid change fees.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for custom blinds and curtains may be cancelled before production begins with a full refund of any deposits paid. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply based on materials ordered, work completed, and production costs incurred. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims for custom window treatments must be submitted in writing with photographs and a detailed description of the issue. We will evaluate each claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund based on the specific circumstances and warranty terms applicable to your product.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved for custom blinds or curtains, it will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Refunds are only issued for manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Refunds will be calculated based on the specific circumstances and may be prorated if partial use has occurred.

Installation Issues

If you experience issues with the installation of your custom window treatments, please contact us immediately. We will send a certified installer to address any installation-related problems at no additional charge within the warranty period.
